1859  [The manner in which the bill proposes to divide up the country into small electoral districts, requires modification.]
1879  "The Legislative Assembly of Ontario," says the B.N.A. Act, section 70, "shall be composed of eighty-two members, to be elected to represent the eighty-two electoral districts set forth in the first schedule of this Act."
1963  Among them are Chief Electoral Officer Nelson Castonguay and the returning officers in the 263 electoral districts.
